My mission is to make fitness and movement accessible and fun. I aim to empower my clients with a deep knowledge of body awareness, posture, and movement so that they can feel they have deep roots to move through this world with less pain, ease, and resilience. I aim to answer the questions: what does a balanced training program look like? What should I focus on? How do I train more safely? How can I make effective workouts for myself? How do I train with chronic pain? How do I move better?
