My Mission

I am a fitness professional that specializes in women's health. No matter what stage of womanhood you are in, I can help you reach your goals through the lens of feminine wellbeing. Meaning that we are not small men. We are separate beings who need to approach fitness a little differently. Knowing this, I help women who are curious about training with their natural cycles and what that entails and I help women navigate exercise and nutrition while experiencing the symptoms of peri menopause and menopause.

This private gym is great if you would like more possibilities for movement! There are slack lines, mat spaces for floor work, gymnastics rings, and more!

PB FITNESS

Pacific Beach Fitness is a quaint outdoor community gym. This location is great if you are the outdoorsy type or need a change of scenery from working on the computer!
